WHICH SURVEY DO I NEED?

CONDITIONS REPORT

A Level 1 RICS Survey, also known as a Condition Report, is a basic property survey designed for newer homes or those in generally good condition.

HOMEBUYERS SURVEY

A Level 2 RICS Survey, also known as a HomeBuyer Report, is a more detailed inspection suitable for conventional properties in reasonable condition.

BUILDING SURVEY

A RICS Building Survey, also known as a Level 3 Survey, is the most comprehensive property inspection available.

STRUCTURAL SURVEY

A Structural Survey is a detailed inspection of a property's structural integrity, focusing on key elements such as the foundation, walls, roof, and support beams.
 

MEASURED SURVEY

A Measured Survey is a precise survey that records the dimensions and layout of a property or land. 


 

PARTY WALL SURVEY

A Party Wall Survey is an assessment carried out when building work is planned near or on a shared wall, boundary, or structure between two properties.
 

DILAPIDATION SURVEY
 

A dilapidation survey assesses the condition of a property, typically in the context of a lease agreement.

A Photographic Schedule of Condition is a detailed record of the condition of a property, primarily documented through photographs.

 

PARTY WALL SCHEDULE OF CONDITION

A Party Wall Schedule of Condition is a detailed record of the condition of a shared wall (or boundary) between two properties, typically created before construction work begins.
